Experienced Professionals

Sr. Management Consultants

We are looking to hire full time and part time Strategy, Sales, and Marketing Consultants. Candidates with an MBA in a business discipline i.e. Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, Marketing, Operations etc. or comparable academic concentration from an accredited institution with at least 3+ years consulting experience preferred. Candidates interested in remote project opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Research & Analysis on cross industry trends
  • Identifying client issues and forming hypothesis
  • Interviewing client’s employees, management team, and other stakeholders
  • Formulating and implementing solutions
  • Leading and managing project work teams
  • Delivering business proposals and presentations to C-level and Sr. Executives
  • Building reports and making recommendations for client solutions

Corporate Trainers & Seminar Facilitators

We are looking for professional trainers to facilitate our client focused Human Capital Management Training Solutions and Workforce Development Open Enrollment Seminars.

All candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proven strength and confidence in delivering presentations to cross level professionals, with an emphasis on Senior and C-level Executive audiences. Candidates must have a graduate degree in a business discipline i.e. Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, Marketing, Operations etc. or comparable academic concentration. Candidates with graduate degrees in Public Administration are also encouraged to apply. Candidates interested in training opportunities must be willing to travel for some engagements.

Web Content Developer (Contractor)

We are looking to fill a Web Content Developer position to provide consistent support to the executive team on writing SEO content for the corporate website. This individual will play a major role in identifying relevant information that not only educates site visitors about the company’s services, but assembles media content to build the company’s interactive library.

Are you currently an undergraduate student looking to build your resume? Contact us regarding our latest internship opportunities. All internships are unpaid however Kestada Strategy Consultants will meet necessary requirements for students to receive college credit.

Business Administration Internship

We are looking for a talented individual to fill an unpaid project based remote internship opportunity. This individual will spend majority of their time providing administrative support to leadership and working with Sr. Management on a variety of sales and business development efforts. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring successful internal operations.

Business Blogger Internship

We are looking for a Business Blogger to manage and maintain the article content for our blog library. This individual will be responsible for producing at least 2 blog articles per month throughout the duration of the internship, as well as play an active role in the creative direction of content produced and published by Kestada Strategy Consultants.

Social Media Internship

We are looking for a social media savvy individual who has an interest in working with businesses to maintain and develop social media content for their client audience. This individual will have a keen understanding of the latest social media platforms and trends, and has an excellent track record in developing valuable web content.
*** Candidates will be asked to share examples of other social media campaigns or activity in which they developed for themselves or other employers.
