Even during tough economic times, the old saying “people don’t quit companies…they quit managers” is a reality for many individuals and their employers. Historically organizations have promoted and hired individuals into the roles of management largely based upon their ability to successfully master the goals of front line positions. Although logical in its intent, this model omits one fundamental component in preparing these emerging leaders; the training necessary to teach individuals “how” to be managers.

Poor management increases employee dissatisfaction, promotes greater instances of disengagement and ultimately lowers an organization’s productivity. Simply put, “bad” or even “inadequate” management can be detrimental to an organization’s bottom-line.

The goal of this intense 2 ½ Day Training Bootcamp is simple; upon completion these management rookies will have the “must-have” tools necessary to establish and optimize their managerial infrastructure. This agenda was designed to educate individuals on the fundamentals roles of management within an organization, teach them how to perform in these new roles, understand how these efforts establish them as advocates for their organization’s culture, and why effective management is the heart of a company’s long-term success.
