Starlyn H. Priest MBA

Starlyn H. Priest MBA is the Founder & Sr. Managing Partner of Kestada Strategy Consultants LLC. With a well rounded professional background, Starlyn has numerous years successful experience in Consumer Product Sales and Service, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), B2B and B2C Client Advising, Business Development & Retention, Project Management, Corporate & Partnership Development, Training and Facilitation, and Team Leadership. Her cross industry knowledge has resulted in her consulting with well known corporate brands such as Verizon Wireless, Samsung Electronics, Nationwide Insurance, Anytime Fitness, Resmed, and multiple local businesses within the North Eastern Ohio Region.

Commencing her experiencing in consulting, Starlyn worked with BrownFlynn Sustainability Consulting Firm, as an Adjunct Marketing Professional, assisting with the growth efforts of their Corporate Training and Learning Division and worked closely with executive management to develop effective business strategies geared toward marketing and selling corporate Sustainability Education products.

Prior to management consulting, Starlyn worked for Progressive Insurance Company, as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent, assisting with the launch of their Business Retention Marketing Experience Group. Her valuable contributions in developing, executing, analyzing, and modifying customer retention strategies enabled this group to take part in the development of several new marketing campaigns, improved customer relationships, and overall increased retention for the Personal Lines Division of business.

Starlyn has a Bachelor degree in Business Economics from the College of Wooster, and an MBA in Marketing and Brand Management from Cleveland State University. In addition to her professional and academic accomplishments she remains a very active in the community, residing on the Board of Directors for American Red Cross of Cleveland and holding the role of Programs Chair for the National Black MBA Association (Neo Chapter). Her notable involvement in the Northeast Ohio entrepreneur community has resulted in the development of successful partnerships with many influential organizations like JumpStart Inc., Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Bizdom, Northern Ohio Minority Supplier Development, National Urban League, KeyBank, Fifth Third, Bad Girl Ventures, Chick-fil-A, Cintas, The President’s Council and a host of others.

Robert Winters MBA

Robert Winters is an experienced Organizational Change Management and Business Process Improvement professional. With several years of professional experience, his background is a unique mixture of technical and business roles across multiple industries which include: consumer goods, media/market research, oil & gas, non-profit, and education. Robert’s passion lies in Organizational Change, Effectiveness, and Leadership.

Robert began his career managing and facilitating computer workshop courses at the United Labor Agency which specializes in job placement/training. After completing business school, he made the transition into Organizational Change Management at Chevron Corporation. Later at Chevron, Robert was introduced to Lean Six Sigma, where he led the integration of the organization’s Lean Sigma program into the Gulf of Mexico – IT division, while also facilitating Lean Sigma process improvement projects. Additional opportunities he took advantage of included serving as a 270/360 Multisource Feedback Coach and Recruiter for the Chevron National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) recruiting team. Robert’s next opportunity was with Nielsen Corporation where he served as a Black Belt in the organization’s Business Process Improvement program.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Robert is also an active member of several professional organizations including Project Alpha Coordinator for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (Gamma Zeta Lambda Chapter), Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) – LOT Leader/Mentor Manager for the National Black MBA Association (Tampa Bay Chapter), United Way – Bridges leadership program, and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).

Robert holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Morgan State University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Development & Leadership and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Case Western Reserve University.

Roya Ismail-Beigi Shirazi

Roya Ismail-Beigi Shirazi is a process and operations minded change management consultant. She is an impact oriented, high achieving professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, management, and work-flow analysis. Roya is astute at recognizing areas of needed change and is capable at leading processes to facilitate outcomes and best practices in the nonprofit, education, health care as well as other sectors.

In the past, Roya has worked and positively contributed to organization including Global Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic, Thomas Jefferson University, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She was instrumental in the re-organization of multiple departments in various organizations which led to a more efficient and productive work environment with higher rates of customer satisfaction.

Roya earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University and her a Masters degree in Education Administration from Columbia University’s Teachers College. Additionally, she holds certificates in Project Leadership and Lean Six Sigma.

Mary J. Reedy MBA

An agile executive, Mary Jayne Reedy has 25-plus years of experience in leading strategic marketing, sales, and business development in diverse markets, including B2B, nonprofit, government, healthcare and technology.

Her extensive work at the strategic level of selling products, services and ideas has driven measurable sales and market share growth for highly revered firms and organizations like Bristol-Myers Squibb, Human Arc Corporation, Alcon Laboratories, Hosted Technology Exchange, Alcon Laboratories, and the American Red Cross.

Mary Jayne is the founder and President of Evi-Base, delivering wellness programs to the healthcare market that have proven outcomes and cost reduction benefits. As Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Product Development for Human Arc Corporation, Mary Jayne directed the development, launch, and growth of new products in healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle for contrasting market segments, (providers and payers) from a single branded house – during a time of tumultuous change in healthcare history. As Midwest District Manager for Bristol Meyers/Squibb’s Westwood Pharmaceuticals unit, Mary Jayne surpassed all sales quotas and received multiple national sales achievement awards. As Manager of Sales and Marketing for American Red Cross Health and Safety Services, she developed the nationally distributed Business and Industry Council for Emergency Planning and Preparedness business model, earning the organization’s Vega Award for Exemplary Service.

Mary Jayne currently serves on the Board of Directors of The American Red Cross Northern Ohio Region Blood Services and the Marketing Advisory Committee of Team NEO/Cleveland+. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Ohio Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Mary Jayne holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Cleveland State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Towson State University, and certification in Technology Marketing from the California Institute of Technology.

Matthew L. Selker MPA

Matthew L. Selker is an organizational performance and change management consultant. With his counsel, organizational leaders better understand their environments, themselves, their employees, and their customers, enabling the strategic alignment and attunement of assets around organizational goals. He is a highly sought-after expert on improving organizational outputs within budget, strategic planning, creating environments for innovation, building post-modern leadership and managerial competence, and organizational turn-around.

His tenure in organizational performance and change management consultancy exceeds 15 years. He provides consulting service to for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations; serving a multitude of business sectors. His personal corporate and nonprofit leadership experience includes serving as the executive director of a community development corporation and as the CEO of a wireless retail franchise.

He earned his Bachelors in Business Administration degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Master in Public Administration degree from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, and his education in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Juleda Jean MBA

Juleda Jean is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with over 9 years of proven success in Direct/Indirect Marketing, Pricing, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Sales Analyzing, and Competitive Researching services to various Fortune 500 firms.

Juleda started her career in Advertising working for the Sun-Sentinel, one of the three biggest Print and Media Company in South Florida. At the Sun-Sentinel, she marketed ad space, created compelling marketing sales materials and conducted in-depth competitive research for new market penetration for companies such as CVS and the Yellow Pages. Juleda’s career then developed into working with multiple Consumer Product Goods & Services companies creating Branding, Promotions, New markets, Sales, and Special Events. She provides consulting to for profit, non-profit and international businesses. Some typical clients include: South Florida International Auto Show, Century 21, Hotel Guide.Com and Norwegian Cruise Line.

Through her work experience and education, Juleda has developed a keen sense of Marketing and Sales expertise. She has had the opportunity to participate in a variety of marketing training courses, workshops and seminars that has allowed for a broad resource base on which she has built her career.

Juleda has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida. She also graduated from the University of North Florida with two Bachelor degrees, one in Marketing and the other in International Business. Juleda continues to build strong networks through local memberships in National Association of Women MBA, South Florida Business Leaders Association, and many others.
